Two seals have placed themselves on top of a stone, where they will stay during low tide. In recent years, harbour seals have become common residents. Earlier I only noticed ringed seal (which only rests on ice). But this year we have 14 harbour seals laying near Prins Heinrich, east of town, and also this stone on the west side of town is often used. |
