bridge passage by arctic foxes

18 June 2026

We have several years placed 4 motion sensitive wildlife cameras on each of the two bridges over the red river, to monitor fox activity. We use picture analysis software for selecting the pictures with arctic foxes. Sander is placing the cameras as part of his master study on predation.

Below, we have four examples of arctic foxes passing the new bridge. The old bridge is also used but less frequently.
