the first teams in 2025 | 2 July 2025 |
Last Monday, after two weeks of catching arctic terns, Frigg went home. Tomorrow Hans goes home. Time for group pictures on a stormy day in front of the station. First a picture with all present. On the back row from left to right: Carmen-Lucia David, Martine van den Heuvel-Greve, Huib Steenhuisen, Frits Steenhuisen en Guido Klep. On the front row from left to right: Karein van Bijssum, Hans Verdaat, Maarten Loonen en Hans Linsen. Hans was lucky, because he saw his first polar bear this evening.  Below the team working on geese, terns and lakes from Groningen,  and this is the team from Wageningen, studing pollution and eDNA..
