Christophe Brochard gaat al enkele jaren mee naar Spitsbergen en heeft daar zijn eigen onderzoek ontwikkeld aan ondiepe meren als onderdeel van de samenwerking tussen het Arctisch Centrum en Bureau Biota. Veerle Neijboer, een student communicatie die bij mij haar onderzoek aan de insectendiversiteit op Spitsbergen heeft gedaan, mocht tijdens de corona lockdown in het laboratorium van Bureau Biota werken en heeft een artikel geschreven over Christophe in de Ukrant, de universiteitskrant.
