internationale yoga dag

Het is vandaag de langste dag van het jaar op het noordelijk halfrond. Dat maakt niet veel verschil voor ons omdat het de gehele dag licht is. Vandaag is ook de internationale yoga dag, en het team uit India heeft in de vroege ochtend een speciale yoga sessie georganiseerd. Op een groot scherm is er een video die ons leidt langs allerlei yoga-houdingen. Dit werden eenvoudige oefeningen genoemd, maar ik had er best moeite mee.

De opnames zijn gemaakt door het team uit India.
